The 2011 OneMaine Community Health Needs assessment analyzes health status by county using methodologies, including telephone surveys and review of available health information. Reports are available to provide community leaders and health providers data that results in health improvement and health delivery system discussions.

The tabs below provide summary reports in three ways:

• Results by county - These reports provide county level data and compare the county to statewide results.

• Results by health status issue - These reports provide results for health domains such as cardiovascular health and cancer and show data for each county as well as statewide results.

• Results by public health district - Maine has eight defined public health districts that combine county results. These reports show counties included in each public health district compared to statewide results.
